The hotel has a great location and excellent breakfast options with friendly kitchen staff. Unfortunately, the front desk service was less impressive, with unhelpful staff who seemed disinterested. Additionally, the pool reservation policy was a hassle, ultimately leaving room for improvement.

It was just a short stroll to Parque Lleras, known for its vibrant nightlife and atmosphere. as a single traveler, the hotel's large room and the cleanliness made my stay even more enjoyable. But the lighting in the room could be improved for a cozier evening feel.
